Here are our current call out charges for on-site work and Labour Rates:

• Call out charge – Greater London – includes 1st hour on site £160 - £250 + vat

Please contact us for visits outside this area.

• Remote tech support (min ½ hour) - £45.00 + vat = £54.00 per half hour.

• Standard labour charge per half hour - £45.00 + vat = £54.00

• Project day rate for labour is - £630.00 + vat = £756.00

• Project management and design time - £115 + vat = £138.00 Per hour.

• Senior Director design and consultancy  - £150 + vat = £180.00 Per hour.

Many of our customers are also supported by our "Hi-Note" agreements which include varying levels of inclusive support, annual techncal visist and reduced rates for call outs.  Click here for more information.
