Our “Hi-note” on-going maintenance agreement ensures your investment in your systems continue to perform at optimum levels and is kept up-to-date. It is included free for the first year on all of our whole house projects* and covers an annual system health-check as well as any updates and re-calibration.
This agreement gives a fixed cost for an annual call out and then agreed (reduced) rates for any additional visits required. It is generally tailored to the client’s needs based on the 1st year support patterns.
During the first year the hi-note agreement also includes remote support at no extra cost to you.
All equipment supplied by Grahams has a minimum guarantee of 1 year as outlined in our terms and conditions section 5. In many instances, guarantees from manufacturers are as long as five years (as is the case with some speakers). This reflects the high quality of the sources selected by Grahams.
No warranties offered by the Company in any way impair your statutory rights.
