It has been a long time since we were able to have customers in our shop since we were forced to close on 18th December 2020. We are now opening again on Monday, 12th April and look forward to welcoming everyone back. We have many new products to demonstrate and our appointment slots are already getting booked up.
To ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff, we are following strict Covid-19 guidelines. We are only allowing a limited number of customers in the store at one time and a maximum of two in the studio during a listening session. You will notice that we have transparent screens on our desks and a mountain of hand sanitiser which we would like you to use when visiting. Face coverings, of course, are required at all times.
Our toilets and other touchpoints are cleaned after every visit.
The only thing that we have not changed is our warm welcome and the expert advice that we offer.
If you would like a demonstration, or to come and visit us at Canonbury Yard, we would ask that you call us first to book an appointment; whether you are having a demonstration, would like to come and talk to one of our sales team, collecting an item you have purchased or dropping off or picking up something from our Service Department.
We have plenty of allotted parking spaces if you wish to come by car.
Although we are unable to offer refreshments, the newly opened pub, Knowhere Special, sells fresh coffee and snacks as does the refurbished café on New North Road, Cooks&Books, just outside our yard.
