COVID-19 Update – UPDATED 25th April 2020
Due to the current situation all non-essential retail premises are closed to the public and this applies to Grahams too. In these unprecedented circumstances, we will endeavour to be of service wherever possible within the boundaries that are now being enforced by the UK government. Virtually all of our work on-site has been stopped and we are of course not doing any work in customer’s homes apart from any emergency support.
Although the shop is closed to customers it is possible for us to direct ship certain items direct to your home or even arrange safe collection by appointment from our stores at Canonbury Yard. Please let us know and we’ll do the best we can to help you.
We have made sure things can carry on and we don’t let any of our customers down, whilst we wait until things return to “normality”.
We have made provision to fully support our current on-going projects, sales enquiries or technical support. If it is safe to do so, we may carry out some site visits and “emergency” visits to customers’ homes.
Like many businesses several of our team have been Furloughed to protect their jobs and the company whilst we weather the uncertain trading over the coming weeks/months. During this time, they won’t be able to work but most are taking the opportunity to do various educational and on-line training to improve their skill sets for when they return. This does mean we are working at a much-reduced staff level.

Over the past weeks we have been adopting new methods of operating, utilising FaceTime, WhatsApp video calls, Skype, Zoom and other VoIP platforms to suit our clients. A lot of people may have this technology on their mobile phone and not even know. For any issues that can be remotely resolved, we will endeavour to do so without the need for physical contact.
We have reduced our rates at this time to help everyone though this challenging period.
We hope in these times that all of our clients stay safe and minimise face to face contact to control the spread of this virus so everyone can return to a normal, sooner rather than later!
