Apple has recently updated its Apple TV to OS 13 and it is causing issues with Control4. We strongly recommend NOT updating your Apple TV until we investigate this further with our demonstration units and find a solution to allow you to use the updated Apple TV within Control4. Those who do not have Apple TV connected to their Control4 system will not be affected.
This will additionally apply to newly purchased Apple TVs, of which we have un-updated stock to use in our installation work for the time being while this issue is resolved.
