Bowers & Wilkins are based in Worthing, on the south coast of England, where the company was founded by John Bowers in 1966. This is where Bowers & Wilkins hand make their flagship 800 Diamond series of products in a unique and very special factory. From here they are distributed all over the world, so popular for their incredible balance of performance and value across all their ranges.

Bowers & Wilkins are one of the rare loudspeaker manufacturers who produce everything, the cabinets, drive units and crossover circuits - all in house. Early in their history, their founder realised that pushing the boundaries of speaker design required extensive research and development. And so Bowers & Wilkins created their own dedicated research centre in Steyning, West Sussex. The tangible results of such an investment include legendary and revolutionary products, the 801, Matrix and Nautilus Loudspeakers. Advances in loudspeaker design include tube loading, matrix bracing and diamond tweeters. The latest ranges of Bowers & Wilkins loudspeakers are the embodiment of all this extensive research which results in wonderful speakers that are excellent value.
