This exclusive family home was completed in 2015 by Grahams. We have put together a short video which gives a quick snap shot of some of the features of this home.
This Exclusive Property showcases a unique installation by Grahams, comprising modern, high quality design, finishes and technology throughout. Every technology need is catered for including robust Ruckus wifi, internet, security, and entertainment.
Incorporating innovative lighting design, the intelligent Lutron Homeworks control system, simplifies and standardises the control of lighting in any room.
The purpose built cinema houses a high definition projector on a drop-down motorised lift, with a three meter wide screen and a Meridian Digital Home theatre for the audio. All cleverly integrated, to maximise space and comfort at the press of a button.
High definition Audio is delivered to all rooms using Linn DS digital streamers which allow HD music from in-house servers or streaming using Tidal and other streaming services. TVs provide HD video as well as the latest streaming options including Netflix and Apple TV.
A Control4 system provide all of the integration allowing for all systems to be operated via in wall or portable touch panels, hand held remotes or personal mobile devices.
The gymnasium features a 55” drop down TV which magically appears when in use using a Future Automation motorised drop down panel lift.
Exceptionally designed and installed, this is just one of many integrated home projects, completed by Grahams.
