Letterbox Lift- 2006
We started work on the project in 2005 when the house was just a hole in the ground. There is extensive use of concrete and glass in the construction and the overall design is very contemporary. We installed music throughout the house, a home theatre system in the main living area with plasma screen and large video projection. The home automation included Lutron Homeworks lighting control and a number of new Lutron QED blinds which operate virtually silently. These can be easily controlled individually or in groups. The house is fully structurally wired for data, AV and networking. What makes this stand out is the motorised letter box lift.

| The kitchen LCD tv can swivel 180 degrees so it can be viewed from the ktichen or dining area. | |
| The front of the house shows the garage at street level, with the front door above. | |
| The main lounge has a Pioneer 1080p 50" plasma with Meridian DSP surround sound home theater. The windows to the left are all fitted with silent operating Lutron QED blinds that can all be operated at the press of one button. | |
| And also has a drop down electric screen with Meridian 1080p MF1 DILA projector | |

The indoor pool has DMX controlled LED tri-coloured lighting that creates a soothing colour change whilst swimming. On the left of the picture is one of the Anthony Gallo speakers in stainless steel that is ceiling mounted and provides music throughout the pool area. |
