Listed below are the areas of expertise we seek:-

 

Multi-Room System Sales:

Handling new sales enquires.

Working with other staff members to provide a high level of advice and service in satisfying our customers enquires.

In depth knowledge of Hi-Fi, A/V, Lighting, Communication and Computing systems in a Multi-room environment are important.

 

Project Managers:

Managing projects and being primarily responsible on a day to day basis for its smooth progress, liaising internally with the sales and installation teams.

To be the interface with Customers, Architects, Designers and external contractors, throughout the projects cycle.

To carry out surveys and produce detailed project drawings and specifications.

To manage the installation schedule and project cash flow.

 

Installation Engineers:

To travel to client's homes to initially deal with the cabling requirements and terminations. Liaise with Project Managers, and client's representative.

To carry out full Installation and set up of technically advanced products handled by the Company. To politely and efficiently deal with client technical call outs.

Staying technically aware of the product specifications interfaces and requirements, as offered by the Company.

 

Service Engineers:

Initial fault diagnosis and verification of symptoms, dealing with the engineering staff at manufacturers and distributors. Carrying out equipment servicing as appropriate.

Keeping customers appraised as to the technical status of their repairs and generally ensuring the department can offer a high level of technical support.

 

Our clients are typically busy people, who require a level of customer service to the highest standards. As with all positions within Grahams, the successful applicant will need to consider customer support as of paramount importance.

 

Education and Training

Candidates should be able to communicate in English (other languages an advantage).

Good level of general education and technical training is required.
