Service Department
Our Service department plays an integral role in the running of the shop, They carry out a wide range of in-house repairs of electronics and speakers as well as setting up turntables for sale.
The department works closely with our sales and custom teams, by testing equipment for installation, installing software/firmware updates to products, making up cables and producing one-off engineering requirements for our installs.
Both Ray and Colin work full-time in our service department.
Ray Horn - Service Department Manager
Having joined Grahams in 1988, Ray started working on the Test Bench and is now our Linn Turntable expert. He is also manager for our in-house service and engineering department and organises in-house servicing and hi-fi installations. Having moved out of London, Ray enjoys time with his family away from the stresses of city life.

Colin Gaitskell - Senior Service Engineer
Colin joined us in 2003 and is our in-house Senior Service Engineer with over 25 years experience in the servicing of Hi-Fi and Audio-visual components. His ambition in life is to find more time to go fishing. He loves the outdoors, good food and wine.
