I just wanted to let you know how grateful I was to John for his help, assistance and service beyond the call of duty in supplying me with a new cd player. Its only small companies that offer any customer service these days, but coming to my house twice, installing the machine, not to mention servicing my speakers was quite something even by small company standards. I have been a customer of yours since you had a shop in Exmouth Market, (there can't be too many of us left!) when I spent £100 on my first 'system'.
Over all these years your staff have always given great support and advice on which I have relied. I have never been sold anything other than what I believed was appropriate and the care and attention from Simon (in the late 1990's), Jude and Ray, to mention but three, was fantastic.
The marriage of knowledge, integrity and service has earned you your deserved reputation and this tradition is exemplified in John who has shown limitless patience and dedication in sorting out my hi-fi, has given me tremendous advice and has always made me feel he has my interest at heart.

"This is what it feels like to be a Grahams customer...
Last year my Meridian 207 started to fade….I think Tony reminded me that it was over 12 years old so I’d had good value out of it. The problem was that if I changed that I’d have to upgrade the whole multi-room system. I popped in for a chat with Jude to see where I might go next in terms of equipment. Whilst he did show me what was around at the moment he also mentioned that one of your clients had just traded in a 206 …the only newer model CD transport that worked with my system. He sold it to me for what you gave the customer as p/x…about £600 I recall.
Now I probably wouldn’t have spend £10k that week but would have got myself into budgeting for it. But whilst you missed a potential sale you made me very happy…and I must have told half a dozen potential customers about Graham’s attitude to business.
This morning I had Geoff booked in to reset the system…the offsets were all over the place and after many frustrating hours of manual reading and button clicking I accepted defeat and called in the experts. Geoff called me at 8.25am to say that he had just looked at the work sheet and whilst he was happy to come round would I like to try and fix it on the phone in order to save me a call out for a job that would only take him 5 mins. An hour on the phone later the job was done. One happy customer. “Please send me an invoice…this has been more than 5 mins” Geoff tells me it’s all part of the service.
